Pre-Order Products

  • For orders that contain pre-orders, the pre-ordered items are shipped as separately. Items are shipped when they are available. Due varying manufacturer ETAs, fulfillment times may increase with a variety of product ETAs. 
  • Requests to add items to an existing order is prohibited. A new order must be created.
  • Requests to remove items from an order are generally accepted, but will be observed on a case-to-case basis.
