Cancellation template:

  1. Order Reference [GPMA-XXXX]

Refund will be processed with item/order cancellations.

*Note: Prepaid shipping is nonrefundable unless all pre-ordered items are cancelled.

When do I pay?

GP Mini Auto's pre-order policy only requires payment when the products are available and ready to ship. 

The software we use for pre-orders requires a payment date within 30 days of the pre-order. However, the ETA for pre-order items often exceed the 30-day period. For this reason, please ignore any emails from the system, unless it contains a payment link.

When do I pay?

We will automatically capture payments once the items in your order are available.

When does it arrive?

Pre-order ETA's often vary by product brand and series, but subject to delays from the manufacturer. We like to use the term "Actual ETA" (AE) compare with the "Stated ETA" (SE). 

Estimates for AE*

Hot Wheels: Typically within 1-3 months of Stated ETA.

Mini GT: Typically within 2-3 months of Stated ETA. Extra delays may occur for new castings or new collaborations.
